Students will learn, through hands-on exercises, how to set up a project, create tool catalogs and styles, and export to different output formats. You will also generate new object styles, edit section/elevation objects, use ACE dimensions, display themes, and mask blocks.

Introduction to Revit Architecture

This course is targeted to new users of Revit Architecture. Students are introduced to the concepts of Building Information Modeling and the tools for parametric design and documentation.
 

ADVANCED RVT ARCH 201
Advanced Revit Architecture
$Call for pricing  This 3-day class covers a wide range of advanced topics in Revit Architecture, continuing to build on the concepts introduced in the essentials course. Students will learn about advanced rendering techniques, phasing, site design and multiple design options. Students will also be introduced to the creation of custom family components, and how to collaborate in a multi user design environment. 
 

BEGINNER MEP 101M
Introduction to AutoCAD MEP Mechanical
$799  This 2-day introductory course will teach students the skills and knowledge to use AutoCAD MEP Mechanical efficiently as a drafting and design tool for mechanical systems. Subjects covered include creating an HVAC system (including equipment, air devices and ductwork), modifying HVAC components, labels, schedules, sections and details, and documenting schematic HVAC piping.
 

BEGINNER MEP 101E
Introduction to AutoCAD MEP Electrical
$399  This 1-day introductory course will teach students the skills and knowledge to use AutoCAD MEP Electrical efficiently as a drafting and design tool for electrical systems. Subjects covered include schematic line diagrams, creating power and lighting plans, power and lighting circuiting, circuit analysis, labels and schedules.
 

BEGINNER MEP 101P
Introduction to AutoCAD MEP Plumbing & Piping
$399  This 1-day introductory course will teach students the skills and knowledge to use AutoCAD MEP Plumbing & Piping efficiently as a drafting and design tool for plumbing systems. Subjects covered include schematic line and plumbing riser diagram, adding and editing plumbing fixtures, schematic plumbing piping, labels, schedules and details.

ADVANCED MEP 201

$399  This 1-day advanced course will teach students skills to better utilize AutoCAD MEP as a design tool for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. Subjects covered include creating custom parts for use in MEP drawings and using MEP modeling to determine building energy requirements.

Introduction to Revit Structure

Topics covered will include working with the Revit interface and file structure and laying out mechanical and electrical systems. Students are introduced to the concepts of Building Information Modeling and the tools for parametric design and documentation as it relates to the MEP engineering disciplines.
